Our meetings are a place where you can educate yourself, be active in dealing with Parkinson’s, share your story, learn from others and seek mutual support. Whether you are living with Parkinson’s, are a care partner or family member, you will find a community of people who understand and share your Parkinson’s journey, where hope and action can flourish.

Our Three-Month Meeting Cycle

Discussion/Sharing meetings, held every three months, give those with Parkinson’s and their care partners (including family members) an opportunity to share the challenges of Parkinson’s and

All meetings include a short exercise session led by Anne Olin, a certified dance/movement therapist, and a chance to socialize over refreshments. Printed resources and a library table are also available.
